This Natural Menthol Crystals are acquired by the cold extraction and freezing of menthol, which is naturally derived from Mentha arvensis essential oil. The crystals turn to liquid when heated. Solidify when cooled below its melting point of 42 Degree Celsius. It dissolves readily into alcohol or essential oils, and they can also be dissolved into water or oil at their melting point of 42 Degree Celsius. Menthol crystals should never be used as a single ingredient product or applied directly to the skin without proper dilution. May cause irritation to skin or mucous membranes.

Melt before use. Typical use level 0.5%-15%. Can be used in formulation of creams, hair shampoos, conditioners, body washes, makeup products.

Store in a closed container at a dry and cool place. Away from direct heat and sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary.

For external use only, and should not be ingested. Should not be stored within the reach of children. A patch test should be conducted on the inner arm or other generally insensitive area of skin, using a dime size amount to check for sensitivities.
